Our goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is not satisfactory, and it is in “as bought” condition, you can return it for a refund within 60 days of purchase. We require that:
- You call us first at (248) 648-1218 with your name, address, email, order number, and item being returned.
- You wait for an email back from us with directions for shipping the item to us. We do not refund the original shipping cost, nor do we pay for the return shipping. You might consider insuring your return, as we can only give you a refund for items that actually arrive back to us. As soon as we receive the item back, Indian Lake Artisans will refund your funds by the same method as you paid.
- An “exchange” will require payment of postage to re-send the new item. This postage cost equals the postage of your initial order, unless your order had multiple items, which it will then be pro-rated. An exchange to an item of a higher sale price will require payment of the difference. An exchange of an item of lower sale price will result in a refund of the difference. Please enclose any payment due with the return shipment. This can be paid by check, money order, cash, or PayPal.
